Reset Your Character Display
If you log in after our latest update, your characters will not display like they used to on the Character Selection Screen. Don't panic! Once you log into the game, they will display normally. You will need to do this for each character on the account.

Thank you for posting regarding this, not many people read the in-game Announcements and I expect many players will be confused.
Regarding the Xunlai Storage Panes, I noticed that although there is a notice in the character select screen, they are not yet for sale in the actual shop. When can we expect to receive more information on these and our free pane mentioned on the official site?

I have not noticed anyone really having too much trouble with this. It was explained really well on the GW login screen.
